International festival of digital video IZOLENTA/10

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Festival IZOLENTA\10 announce a competition of following categories:
animation
videoart
In the frame of the special program we announce nominations
music video
dance video
In the main contest can participate video works made by digital, audio and computer equipment after the 1-st January, 2008. Works shouldn’t be longer than 15 minutes.
Each participant has a right to present one work within each category.
In special program there can participate any works made by digital, audio and computer equipment after the 1-st January 2008, works shouldn’t be longer than 30 minutes.
Works should be sent before the 5-st of April, 2010 with a note "No commercial value. For cultural purposes only".
Formats accepted: AVI, DV, MPEG2, DVD.
To be able to participate you should send you video and fill in an entry form which you can download at http://www.izolenta.org
Works can be sent by post to the address: 199004, Russia, St. Petersburg, Vasilievsky Ostrov, Sredniy pr. 28/29, “LIDO”, festival IZOLENTA, Alexander Lyakh
It is also possible to send a link to files uploaded on any file server to our e-mail: digifilmfest@gmail.com (it is necessarily to send both film file and the entry form together).
